In collaboration with Dirty Lemon, we offered a unique approach through our specialized Vendmax Smart Vending Machines, which was complemented by an easy to use backend management system to help Dirty Lemon monitor and analyze its customers’ behavior in real time. The machines were strategically installed within Dirty Lemon’s New York concept store dubbed ‘The Drug Store’ as well as across several Nordstrom outlets which offered modernity and convenience in retailing.

The Drug Store: The Future of Retailing

There was an opening of a new store in Lower Manhattan last week which captured the interest of many journalists from The New York Times, CNBC, Ad Week etc. This Drug Store was specifically dedicated to Dirty Lemon where various assortment of Dirty lemon were sold . What makes it unique is that customers have an option to take items without having to pay immediately and instead suggest that they pay via text message instead on the number printed on the label of the item which is a very new form of retailing.

Seamless Integration of Smart Vending Machines

The Vendmax™ Smart Vending Machines were fundamental to this new retail idea as it provided Dirty Lemon the opportunity to deliver ease and experience at the same time. Each machine had an active back end management system connected to it which recorded and analyzed customer transactions and sales activity for Dirty Lemon. With such instant feedback in place, the brand was also able to make adjustments whenever strategies were needed to improve customer interaction at that moment.

The Smart Vending Machine Experience in Dirty Lemon Stores

The shop, where Dirty Lemon beverages are stored. There are no on-site staff who could assist, thus the customers are at liberty to take the products they wish and pay for them by text, at the stores or afterward. Such a combination of convenience and trust regarding the customer induced a certain extent of brand experience which is typically favored by the current market portraying the level of adaptability and openness about Dirty Lemon.
