In an effort to raise the profile of the newly launched range of Elemis products and improve brand visibility within a busy retail setting, we opened a pop-up in Westfield, London. Yantra is one of the key elements of this activation which was ELEMIS’ Smart Vending Machine meant to re-inforce the brand to its visitors’ sight.
Smart Vending Machine for Brand Experience
The introduction of the Vendmax™ Smart Vending Machine took center stage in this activation since a good deal of attention was captured through the imaginative presentation of the machine. Customers were able to enjoy exclusive Elemis product samples which made a non-event shopping visit an EVENT. The Smart Vending Machine provided a fun twist to the conventional customer experience by presenting the chance to win exciting prizes as opposed to making purchases only.

The three days’ buyers’ activation did not go unnoticed as the Smart Vending Machine received 1655 interactions. The machine, in addition to doling out product samples, was important for customer participation in data collection. Intuitive interface made it easy for the visitors to engage with the brand and this way, valuable behaviours were achieved that could be brought forth in marketing activities by ELEMIS.
